Raised in Milan, the design capital, Anna has grown up surrounded by style, fashion, and creativity since a young age.
A few years back, when volunteering in West Africa, she became enchanted by the vibrant and beautiful fabrics that both women and men wear. Since then, she has dreamt about being surrounded by those colours and designs.
She started to exploring interior design, crafts, and vibrant fabrics and then up-cycling some items for her own home using African patterns and colours. Eventually, she made the decision to pursue upholstery professionally and learn the necessary skills.
She completed the professional upholstery course and finished a 3-year program to receive a Diploma as a Professional Upholsterer with highest marks. This program included both Modern and Traditional techniques. The diploma was awarded by the United Kingdom Association of Masters Upholsterers and Soft Furnishing (AMUSF), which is the main organization for upholstery in the country.
